Blue Cross/Blue Shield Open Enrollment

Open enrollment for Blue Cross/Blue Shield will begin on November 15, 2021, and end on November 27, 2021. Members will be able to enroll online, via telephone, or in person at District Council 33 Headquarters located at 3001 Walnut Street. No appointments are required.
